Welcome to CamGig. By accessing our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Our marketplace is designed to foster a safe, professional, and reliable environment for both job seekers and businesses.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to automating account creation, scraping data, or engaging in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines.

2. User Responsibilities

For Workers: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your skills, experience, and legal authorization to work. You agree to honor the commitments you make for shifts, gigs, and long-term roles, and understand that consistent no-shows may result in permanent platform bans.

For Employers: You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and providing timely, accurate payments for completed work. You must comply with all local labor laws and regulations when hiring talent through CamGig.

3. Job Posting Rules

All job listings must accurately describe the role, required skills, and compensation. Employers are strictly prohibited from posting jobs that:

• Involve illegal activities or violate local labor laws.
• Require unpaid trial shifts or free sample work.
• Contain discriminatory language or practices.
• Are purely commission-based without a guaranteed minimum rate unless explicitly categorized as such.

CamGig reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these rules and suspend the associated employer account.

4. Platform Limitations & Liability

CamGig acts purely as a marketplace connecting independent workers and businesses. We do not directly employ the workers on our platform, nor do we guarantee the quality of work performed or the availability of candidates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamGig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or the inability to access our services.
